Strategic Consulting

Multi-jurisdictional mandates for sovereign and institutional capital.

When transactions cross borders, disciplines, and jurisdictions, traditional advisory structures fall short. Our Strategic Consulting practice leads long-horizon mandates requiring original sourcing, structuring, and cross-cultural execution — starting with our flagship mandate in global food security.

01 — What we do

Consulting, held to the same standard as our capital work.

Strategic Consulting is where we take on mandates that don't fit a traditional placement or advisory engagement — initiatives requiring original sourcing, multi-party negotiation, and continuity over many years.

These are mandates where our independence, global network, and family-office sensibility are the differentiator. We serve sovereign platforms, institutions, and principal-led capital that need an advisor fluent across jurisdictions, sectors, and cultures.

The practice is intentionally selective. We prioritize mandates where our access and relationships can meaningfully change the outcome.

"Consulting at Access Global is not a side offering — it is where we take on the work that no one else is set up to deliver."
01

Strategic sourcing & origination

Shaping complex cross-border opportunities — from agricultural value chains to critical infrastructure — unavailable through conventional deal channels.

02

Platform & joint-venture design

Architecting multi-party platforms and JVs aligning sovereign capital, local operators, and global expertise around a shared mandate.

03

Cross-jurisdiction execution

Regulatory, legal, tax, and political-economy navigation — with on-the-ground partners in every relevant market.

02 — Flagship mandate

GCC Food Security — Gulf capital, Latin American value chains.

Our flagship mandate connects sovereign and principal-led GCC capital with core agricultural, processing, and logistics platforms across Latin America — structured as long-term strategic partnerships, not pure financial exposures.

Food security is a defining priority for GCC governments and their sovereign platforms. Latin America's Southern Cone and Andean breadbaskets are among the world's most strategically important food-producing regions — with structural advantage in protein, grains, specialty crops, and agricultural logistics. Bridging the two requires a platform, a relationship, and a program that compounds over time.

What the mandate covers

Access Global serves as strategic advisor across sourcing, structuring, and governance — partnering with sovereign investors, local operators, and co-investment partners to build enduring food-security platforms. Our remit spans primary production, processing, cold-chain logistics, and export infrastructure.

The mandate draws on the full network: our GCC partnerships team in Miami and Dubai, Latin American offices across the Andean and Southern Cone markets, and institutional relationships across sovereign wealth, agricultural operators, and policy stakeholders.

03 — Why Access Global

Built for mandates that require exactly this.

Independence, patience, cross-border fluency, partner-led continuity — native to our family-office origin, and the same qualities complex sovereign mandates demand.

01

Independent

No platform or product conflict. We work for the mandate and its principals.

02

Cross-border native

Senior partners on both sides of every bridge — GCC and Latin America, Europe and the Americas, Asia and beyond.

03

Partner-led continuity

Mandates are owned by the partner who initiated them — senior attention doesn't hand off once a deal clears.

04

Long-horizon discipline

We come from family-office capital — measuring success in decades, not quarters.

"Food security is not a trade — it is a generational mandate. Our job is to build the platform, hold the relationships, and align every layer of the value chain with the capital behind it."
